Technology Solutions Manager

Arcas Technology is partnered with a leading Property Management company based in Surrey who are currently looking for an experienced Technology Solutions Manager to join their business on a permanent basis.

My client is looking for someone to join their dynamic team to spearhead the leadership and guidance of innovative technology solutions tailored for client needs. Oversee the integration of forward-looking technology products and their delivery, ensuring alignment with client strategies.

Serve as a visionary for the company's tech solutions, focusing on optimal outcomes for internal and external stakeholders. Lead the exploration and implementation of tech enhancements for client-centric operations. Actively advocate for our cutting-edge tech solutions, engaging in business growth and client interaction. Craft superior technology solutions that align seamlessly with client requirements.

 

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years overseeing tech deployments in a complex environment.
  • Proven record of shaping tech strategies and driving digital transformations.
  • Demonstrated executive-level leadership and management acumen.
  • Proficient in supplier and contract management.
  • Skilled in architecting tailored client tech solutions.
  • Expertise in strategic planning and business expansion.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in data/tech-focused disciplines.
  • Track record of deploying tech solutions to diverse workforces.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Superior written communication abilities.
  • The successful candidate will be acknowledged for the aforementioned proficiencies and attributes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Devise strategies for elevating the digital and tech landscape of the organisation, enhancing operational effectiveness.
  • Offer strategic leadership and counsel on the technological capacity to internal and external stakeholders, including supporting branding and outreach initiatives.
  • Support the creation of customised tech solutions that bring tangible value in regulated and secure environments.
  • Analyse technology integration within company and client operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and clients to optimise technology utilisation.
  • Engage extensively with business development to propose, present, and address tech needs.
  • Develop external collateral to showcase the client’s tech-focused FM services.
  • Promote technology-led FM service delivery in the external market.
  • Frame the management and adoption of tech solutions, including smart building and condition-based maintenance.
  • Shape and manage the tech development roadmap in alignment with energy, efficiency, and asset management.
  • Efficiently manage technology supply chains, selecting and overseeing partner collaborations.
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware and software enhancements for FM services and internal efficiencies.
  • Identify valuable technology vendors for internal and external tech product offerings.
  • Establish vendor management frameworks to ensure value alignment.
  • Contribute to data-driven hard service delivery through Asset Data Management.
  • Enforce Information Security controls for technology solutions, collaborating with the InfoSec team.
