IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer – 3 month contract – inside IR35 – London

Arcas Technology is currently partnered with a leading Entertainment Provider, they are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their business whilst they work on a number of projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support onsite in my clients Kensington office.
  • Configure and set up laptops.
  • Assist in onboarding new users.
  • Document internal basic IT support procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of IT hardware.
  • Perform infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Respond to and analyse security alerts.
  • Occasionally travel to other UK offices.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Exposure to MS Office and related products.
  • Familiarity with a service desk ticketing platform (preferably Manage Engine).
  • Experience with Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange.
  • Support for network and local printers.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Ability to follow through user requests until completion.
